FIVE A DAY

There is no arguing with the importance of a balanced diet for human health and well-being –or the importance, in particular, of consuming fruits and vegetables. This is why the German Nutrition Association (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung, or DGE) recommends:

“Eat five portions of fruit and vegetables a day and give your health an enormous boost.”
